Since our humble inception in 2016, Infra-Dev Contractors has grown from strength to strength. From the very beginning, IDC has focused on its core principles of ethical construction standards, value for money for projects; strict adherence to project timelines; durability and innovation by continually expanding our in-house resources to address new market challenges and opportunities.

Over 13 years practical construction experience. Holds a Bachelor of Project Management, Advanced Diploma in Construction, and Technician Diploma in Construction.
Before embarking on entrepreneurship, Mr. Jaffar Omar Kambalame has worked with Standard Bank Limited as Projects Officer, FBW Group of Uganda as Sub-consultant managing construction of Malawi Liverpool Welcome Trust projects, Ministry of Gender managing construction of Community Based Child Centers (CBCCs), Blantyre Water Board as Inspector of Works, and Farmers World as Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
